Francisco Jalomo Aguirre is a PhD in City, Territory and Sustainability, Master in Local Development and Territory, Specialist in Government and Territorial Public Management and Bachelor of Law and Lawyer expert in environmental law, human right to water and metropolitan environmental management. He has studied at the University of Guadalajara -Mexico-, the University of Buenos Aires -Argentina-, the National University of General Sarmiento -Argentina-, the Pontificia Universidad Javeriana -Colombia- and at the Jesuit University of Guadalajara, ITESO -Mexico-.
