Notes:
The research projects approved when the student starts on the Program, will form the basis of proposals for the Doctoral Dissertations and should be registered in one of the Guidelines for the Generation and Application of Knowledge (LGAC); progress on the project will be reported during the Research Seminars. Activities will be coordinated by those responsible for the particular lines of research.
In addition to attendance at the Research Seminars, equal validity and the same mark as for any given for these will be awarded for taking courses and/or attending academic activities of various kinds, with the approval of the Academic Council, in this and other Programs that are judged to be of the same academic level, in this and other University Centers of the University of Guadalajara and in other national and/or foreign institutions of Higher Education, or in prestigious private or public institutions of renown in science and culture, with the aim of encouraging student mobility, interdisciplinary study and the internationalizing of Courses of Study.
